The article aims to analyze the legal status of civil servants in Republic Uzbekistan. examines theories and views domestic foreign scholars on their comparative analysis. need regulate Uzbekistan by law is based scientists, government programs heads state. rights, obligations restrictions are analyzed due legislation our country. It analyzes functional division service into special services state service, together with working them. notes that consists military Armed Forces enforcement agencies, they sufficiently legally regulated. biggest problem ensuring related main issues this regard have been studied. experiences Korea, United Kingdom, France Germany study developed a number practical proposals recommendations local analysis interaction Republic, experience well-developed countries.
